Click here for larger image.Summary:  This warm bright apartment is a studio with a separate "cabine" area. Sleeps four and can possibly sleep five. There are two sofa beds in the living room, one of which converts to a double bed.  In the separate cabine area there is a bunk bed suitable for two adults or children.  There are great views from the south west facing balcony.  
Click here for larger image (129kb)Location:   The apartment's best feature is the location of Le Pralin. It is just 50 metres to the ski school meeting point and the main central piste lifts area. It could not be more convenient. 

It is also next to various shops and restaurants.  The entrance is between Le Rastro pub (Mottaret's best pub) and the Mont Vallon hotel.   Click on the thumbnail to see the location.       
Click here for larger image.Residence - Le Pralin:  The chalet residence is clad in wood and stone, with each apartment having a balcony (with great views.)  The building is split into three sections.  Apartments D and E are all on the eighth floor in the centre of the photo on the right. They are accessed by two lifts within the building and there is access to the piste out the back.

Living:

Oak floor. Double sofa bed that can separate to two singles.

Further single sofa bed.
(note this room can sleep three but this would be cramped).  


49cm LCD TV with built in DVD player.
Cable TV (approx 20 channels (analogue and digital),
Sony Playstation 1 with some games.

The bunk beds can accommodate adults or children.  There is a shelf and a light for each bunk plus a larger shelf across the room above the top bunk.

Balcony

The balcony faces south west.  
It has a great view of the valley (see thumbnail on right).  
Directly south is the peak of Mont Vallon and 
west are the slopes of Plattieres leading into Mottaret.

Ski Box:  There is a ski box by the entrance to the building where skis/snowboards may be kept.
Pets:  No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Heating:  Electricity and hot water is included.  

Parking and access: There is basement access to the building to drop off bags. There are spaces in the basement car park that can be hired on arrival subject to availability. However there is a large free public car park about 100 metres away.
