Summary:  This warm bright apartment is a studio with a separate "cabine" area. Sleeps up to four. There is one twin sofa bed (can be used as a double or two separate singles in the living room) and bunk beds by the entrance. There is banquette seating around the dining table. 
There are great views from the south west facing balcony.  
Refurbished for 2010/11 season

Click here for larger image (129kb)Location:   Probably one of the best located chalets in the Three Valleys. It is 50 metres to the central piste area of Mottaret. You can ski in and ski out from the chalet.
It is 30 metres to the supermarket. There are 5 restaurants/bars and 3 ski shops giving the area a charming atmosphere. The bus stop for the free bus to Meribel is also right by the apartments. There is plenty of free parking.
Residence - Olympie I:  One of the most sought after chalet residences in Mottaret.  It is clad in wood and stone, with each apartment having a balcony (with great views.)    Apartments A, B and C are on the first and second floors within 20 metres of one another.

Dining area:
Banquette seating, (no chairs = more space).

 

Living:

New 58cm LCD TV with built in DVD player. (20 cable-fed channels) Sony Playstation & some games.
Small library of DVDs.

Kitchen
Fridge, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher. Crockery & cutlery, non-stick saucepans, kettle.
Plenty of storage in the extra tall kitchen cupboards, in the dresser and in the banquette seating.

Sleeping:

This sofa bed can be arranged either as a double bed for a couple or can be split into two separate single beds. (The bunk bed area is described below).  

Bathroom / Separate Toilet
The bathroom has a walk in shower and a basin  (no bath).
There is a separate room for the toilet. 
 

Cabine - Bunk bed Area - Hall

The bunk beds are wider than normal for bunk beds and have thick sprung mattresses.
There are two large cupboards in the hall for storage.

Balcony

The balcony faces south west.  It has a great view of the valley.  Directly south is the peak of Mont Vallon and west are the slopes of Plattieres leading into Mottaret.

Ski Box:  There is a ski box by the entrance to the building where skis/snowboards may be kept.
Pets:  No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Heating:  Electricity and hot water is included.  
 Parking:  There is a large free outdoor car park starting about 50 metres from the apartment. For loading and unloading one can park very close to the apartments.  The area directly in front of the apartments is car free.
