Please note: 

  • The price includes; electricity, heating, hot water.   

  • The price excludes; cleaning, sheets and towels (this can be booked separately subject to availability)

  • The price is per apartment not per person.

  • The apartments are only labelled A-E for the purposes of the website.  The actual apartment numbers are different.
To make a booking

To make a booking just email or call me with the week you are interested in.   Once I have confirmed the availability I will email you to confirm the payment options along with the terms and conditions as set out below. 

Please note all the information on the apartments is included on this website however please email me if you have any further questions you may wish to ask before booking.

[Note: Generally I will respond to emails in the evening (UK time) of the day the email is sent, however if I am away then this may be longer] 
Security deposit
 A security deposit of GB pounds 150 is payable with the final amount. [The £150 deposit  will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday, upon return of the keys, subject to any deductions for breakages or cleaning.]

Arrival and departure times
Bookings run from 4pm on Saturday through until 11am on the following Saturday. The apartments must be cleaned and ready to be occupied by 11am on the last Saturday.      

Keys
Keys will be sent to you by post and must be posted back at the end of your holiday.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your holiday then I will endeavour to re-let the apartment as soon as I have emailed confirmation of the cancellation.  If the apartment is successfully let then amounts paid will be returned to you except for the initial deposit of £100.   

Sheets and towels
The apartments are equipped with pillows and blankets or duvets.  However you must bring your own sheets and towels. Alternatively sheets and towels can be hired for the week at approximately £10/Euros15 per person subject to availability.

Cleaning
Cleaning is not included in the above price.  Cleaning materials are provided in the apartment (not dishwasher tablets).  Apartments have to been cleaned at the end of your holiday and must be left ready for the next occupants.  If you wish to have the apartment cleaned after your stay  there will be an additional charge of GB Pounds30.      

Parking
There is ample free parking in the car park.  The car park is situated just in front of the "Huit-a-huit" supermarket which is just by the apartment.
