Snow guarantee weeks = XXX  =  money back on the apartment rental for any day that all the ski lifts in Mottaret are not open due to lack of snow

To make a booking, please fill in the booking form at:

We will then email to confirm that the apartment is available and to request payment.  (Note the availability shown above is updated as soon as a booking is made).

We will generally email the same day or following day.  If you require an immediate response then please feel free to telephone or email as soon as you have submitted the on-line booking form.

You can also email or telephone if you have any questions prior to booking.

Booking confirmation

Your initials will be uploaded onto the table above to show your booking.  Once the deposit has been received the table will be changed to blue for your booking.

Option 1

CHEQUE (or BANK TRANSFER) payable to "mottaret.com" sent to the address above: 

  • a £100 deposit is required to make the reservation 

  • the balance is payable two months prior to the booking

  • a refundable security deposit is payable at least one month before

Payment can be in English pounds or in Euros 

 

Option 2

Through Alpine Answers specialist ABTA bonded ski travel agent.  Bookings have to be paid for in full at the time of booking and there will be a booking fee for using this service.  All enquiries relating to mottaret.com are dealt with by Simon Hoskyns.  Alpine Answers is a specialist ski travel agency specialising in chalet and hotel holidays to European  and US ski destinations.    More information on Alpine Answers can be found at their website  www.alpineanswers.co.uk  Tel: 0207 801 1080 (UK only)

Terms and Conditions

Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the final payment. The £150 deposit  will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday, provided the apartment is left clean and tidy and upon safe return of the keys.
Arrival and departure times
Bookings run from 4pm on Saturday through until 11am on the following Saturday. The apartments must be cleaned and ready to be occupied by 11am on the last Saturday.  
Keys
Keys will be sent to you by post and must be posted back at the end of your holiday. 
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your holiday then I will endeavour to re-let the apartment as soon as I have emailed confirmation of the cancellation.  If the apartment is successfully let then amounts paid will be returned to you except for the initial deposit of £100.   
Sheets and towels
The apartments are equipped with pillows and blankets or duvets.  However you must bring your own sheets and towels or alternatively sheets and towels can be hired for the week at approximately £12 per person subject to availability (minimum - £25 - includes a Bathmat and two tea towels - delivered to the apartment).
Cleaning
Cleaning is not included in the above price.  Cleaning materials are provided in the apartment.  Apartments have to be cleaned at the end of your holiday and must be left ready for the next occupants.
