Payment |
£100
is payable per apartment per week to secure the booking and is
payable once this form is accepted. The balance and the
security deposit is then payable two months before the
booking. If paying by credit card then the whole amount
is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation
(your part) |
If you need to cancel
your holiday then I will endeavour to re-let the apartment as soon
as I have emailed confirmation of the cancellation. If the
apartment is successfully let then amounts paid will be returned to you except
for the initial deposit of £100.

|
Sheets
and towels |
The apartments are equipped with pillows and blankets or duvets.
Sheets and towels can be hired for the week at
£15 per person subject to availability (minimum charge - £25 -
includes a Bathmat and two tea towels - delivered to the apartment).

|
Cleaning |
. Cleaning materials are provided in the apartment. Apartments have to been cleaned at the end of your holiday and
must be left ready for the next occupants. Alternatively cleaning
can be ordered in advance subject to availability at an additional cost - please email for
details.

Keys |
Keys will be sent to you by post and then posted back at the end of
your holiday, unless travelling from outside Europe in which case
keys can be collected in Mottaret. Some apartments now have keypad
locks in which case the code will emailed instead.

|
Arrival
and departure times |
Bookings run from 4pm on Saturday through until 11am on the
following Saturday. There is some flexibility on this particularly
if the apartment is vacated early but please email to ask.

|
Security deposit |
A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable
with the final payment. [The
£150
deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your
holiday, provided the apartment is left clean and tidy and upon safe return of the
keys.]

|
Pets
/ smoking |
The
apartments are not suitable for pets and hence pets are not
allowed. Likewise we ask that any smokers only smoke on the
balconies of the apartments and not in the apartment. |
Cancellation
(our part) |
If, for reasons beyond our control (such
as fire or flood), we are unable to let the apartment to you, then
we will return any and all amounts paid for the rental of the
apartment. We will inform you as soon as any situation arises. In
addition we will do everything we can to help you find alternative
accommodation. However we do not accept liability for any travel
costs or other incidental costs incurred. |
