	Summary: This warm bright apartment is a studio with a separate "cabine" area. It is recommended for two but can sleep up to five. There are two sofa beds in the living room, one of which converts to a double bed. The bunk beds are adult size. There are great views from the south west facing balcony.
	Location: The apartment's best feature is the location of Le Pralin, which is right next to the central pistes and lifts. It is also next to various shops and restaurants. The entrance is between Le Rastro pub (Mottaret's best pub) and the Mont Vallon hotel. More on: Le Pralin
	Residence - Le Pralin: The chalet residence is clad in wood and stone, with each apartment having a balcony (with great views.) The building is split into three sections. Apartments D, E, F and G are all on the eighth floor in the centre of the photo on the right.

	Living: Double sofa bed & single sofa bed. Cable TV (20 channels in French, English German, Spanish & Italian) Sony Playstation & some games Balcony doors		Dining: Solid pine table & four fold-up chairs Kitchen: Fridge, 2 hob cooker, oven Crockery & cutlery for 8, non-stick saucepans, kettle, dishwasher
Cabine - Bunk bed Area		Bathroom
	The bunk beds can accommodate adults or children. There is a shelf and a light for each bunk plus a larger shelf across the room above the top bunk.		Stand up shower in the bath with shower curtain Solid wood door, wood shelves and wooden bath panelling)
Balcony
The balcony faces south west. It has a great view of the valley. Directly south is the peak of Mont Vallon and west are the slopes of Plattieres leading into Mottaret.

Ski Box: There is a ski box by the entrance to the building where skis/snowboards may be kept.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Heating: Electricity and hot water is included.
