Summary: 
This is a studio apartment with a separate "cabine" area. It can sleep up to four. There is a sofa bed suitable for two adults in the living room.  In the separate cabine area there are bunk beds suitable for two adults or children.  The bunk bed area has its own door (click on floor plan above).  The apartment is fully fitted for a self-catering holiday. The apartment faces south-west with views over the runs into Mottaret. 

Location:   Le Pralin is right next to the main central lifts area of Mottaret, the ski school meeting points and the tourist office.  The new fast Plattieres lift takes you up to the green and blue beginner runs and access to Mont Vallon, Les Menuires and Val Thorens. Shopping.  There is an excellent supermarket about 150 metres from the entrance to the building.  This supermarket stocks a good selection of good quality fresh fruit and vegetables: It is quite sufficient for a weeks self-catering holiday.  There is a second supermarket and a delicatessan in the centre of mottaret about 5 minutes level walk on the other side of the central piste area.

Ski hire.  It is always a good idea to book ski hire in advance to benefit from the online booking discounts. Follow the links above for the best discount available on ski hire at the shop in the basement of the building.        

Ski Box:  There is a ski box by the entrance to the building where skis/snowboards may be kept.
Pets:  No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Heating:  Electricity and hot water is included.

Parking and access: There is basement access to the building to drop off bags. There are spaces in the basement car park that can be hired on arrival subject to availability. There is a large free public car park about 100 metres from the basement car park.
